Darrin Meacham graduated from Ball State University. Upon graduation, Darrin began working for the City of Indianapolis, Environmental Resources Management Division (ERMD). Shortly thereafter he married and started a family.

In three years with ERMD, Darrin obtained the position of Asbestos Coordinator where he ensured compliance with Federal, State and local asbestos regulations. Through increased inspections and enforcement, Darrin improved compliance among abatement and demolition contractors. He also provided assistance in the formulation of revised Federal regulations, and helped begin the revision of State and local regulations governing asbestos abatement.
Darrin then accepted an offer to become safety advisor for Environmental Abatement, a growing asbestos abatement company. After implementing programs to help with compliance, he began estimating and managing asbestos abatement projects.
Darrin was later offered a position as general manager of Environmental Monitor Systems Corporation, a full service environmental contractor. Darrin’s leadership and skills brought the company from near bankruptcy to $1.5 million in his first year, and over $4 million his second year. Darrin is a licensed Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Project Manager.
Wayne Grelle

Wayne Grelle attended Butler University, graduating with honors. He began working for the City of Indianapolis, Environmental Resources Management Division (ERMD), while attending Butler. During his seven years with ERMD, he worked in several capacities dealing with air monitoring and regulatory compliance, eventually becoming Asbestos Coordinator.
This position was responsible for overseeing other inspectors and ensuring the regulatory compliance of asbestos abatement contractors. As Asbestos Coordinator, a thorough knowledge of Federal, State and local regulation was required. Because of this expertise, Wayne was consulted and assisted in the finalization of current State and local asbestos regulations. After accomplishing this task, Wayne accepted an offer from Micro Air Inc., a reputable environmental consulting firm.
As a state licensed Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Project Supervisor, Wayne’s responsibilities were to conduct building inspections for asbestos, lead and other environmental concerns. As a consultant, he was called upon to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, as well as project specifications for the protection of the building owner. These tasks were accomplished due to Wayne’s exceptional organizational skills.
